Junior Fellow
Early-career researchers (1–3 years post-Master's) working on specific verticals within a Centre. Strong writing, methods training, and policy-orientation required.
Senior Fellow
Experienced researchers with a doctoral degree or equivalent policy experience. Senior Fellows lead their own research agendas within a Centre.
Editor, Commentaries & Reports
Editorial professionals with policy or academic publishing background. Responsible for the editorial pipeline across our publication formats.
Programme Manager
Operational lead for specific programmes, forums, and convenings. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills required.
Communications Lead
Communications professionals with experience in policy or public-interest organisations. Owns external messaging, media relations, and digital channels.
Designer, Reports & Web
Visual designers with experience designing long-form reports, data visualisations, and editorial websites. Familiarity with policy aesthetics a plus.
